The work involves a tenant improvement to an existing Servery, a part of the existing Cascade Crest commercial kitchen, and the adjacent Dining Room. The Servery provides food and beverage point of sale and limited food preparation. The work will require finish upgrades including custom cabinetry and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
