This SDVOSB Set-aside project will take place at the VA Portland Healthcare Systems, 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, OR 97239. The phased work involves the demolition and re-build of appx. 6,800 SF for the Specialty Clinic Exam Rooms in Building 100, 1st floor. This project will be subject to the provisions of the Buy American Act, and the Prevailing Wage Decision rates.
