Clatsop County Public Works Department is conducting a Request for Proposals for construction of a new fueling station with associated deep foundations at our new jail located at 1250 SE 19th in Warrenton, Oregon. Due to the poor soils in the area, the fuel pad has already been designed and a preliminary site plan has been developed. The fuel pad is proposed to be concrete with piles supporting the pad.
