Complete replacement of existing gymnasium (gym) floor in the LBCC Activities Center, located at 6500 Pacific Blvd SW, Albany Oregon 97321. 1. Remove existing Maple flooring and vapor retarder, approximately 16,819 sq. ft., due to water damage. Floor dimensions approximately 149′ 5″ X 112’6″, to be verified by contractors prior to bidding.
